Am I Eligible?

This program is for adults 18 and older with a library card in good standing, that are interested in pursuing their high school diploma and live in Kern County, California. Participants that complete the survey, the pre-requisite course, and the interview successfully will be contacted by library staff and be informed if they have received a library scholarship.
